Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on any plan. Script creation, agent training on your business, and phone line configuration are all included. Most clients are live within 24 hours of signing up.
How does the annual plan work?
Pay annually and save 10% — billed as one upfront payment at the start of your subscription. You can still cancel at any time and we will refund the unused months. No lock-in.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?
Overage minutes are billed at $1.99/min at the end of each month. You'll receive an email notification when you reach 80% of your included minutes so you can upgrade before you go over.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your online portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No contracts on any plan. Month-to-month customers can cancel anytime. Annual customers are refunded for unused months if they cancel early.
Do you offer HIPAA-compliant service?
Yes. All plans include HIPAA-compliant message handling. Our agents are trained on healthcare call protocols and we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request at no extra charge.
Is bilingual support included?
Yes. English and Spanish bilingual coverage is included on every plan at no additional charge. No add-on fee, no separate plan required.
Are your receptionists based in the US?
Yes. Every Elite Call Centers receptionist is US-based. We do not use overseas agents. This matters for legal compliance, accent consistency, and the quality of your client experience.
